While some dogs spend their day napping or chasing squirrels, Abbi had more important things on her schedule today: keeping a close eye on Dad.

From the moment the laptop opened, Abbi assumed her position — front row seat, tail curled, eyes sharp. Some might call it lounging, but we know better. She was on supervisory duty.

Every keystroke? Monitored.

Every sigh? Noted.

Every snack break? Especially supervised.

At one point, Dad got up to stretch — and so did Abbi, right behind him like a tiny, furry project manager making sure he didn’t sneak off without approval.

She didn’t say much (she’s a professional), but the looks she gave said it all:

“Is that the most efficient use of your time?”

“Did you really need to open another tab?”

“Shouldn’t we be on a walk right now?”

And when Dad finally took a break to give her some well-earned ear scratches, she acted like she was doing him the favor.

We may never know exactly what Abbi was thinking… but one thing’s for sure: productivity was up, morale was high, and the day was better with her there.
