Some dogs enjoy sleeping in.
Stella is not one of them.The sun is barely thinking about coming up, and she's already awake, convinced it's the perfect time for a play date.
Toy in her mouth.Tail wagging.Eyes full of excitement.
She trots over to whoever is still trying to sleep with one very important question.
"Are we playing yet?"
The answer, according to Stella, is always yes. It doesn't matter if it's five in the morning. It doesn't matter if everyone else is still half asleep.
Morning has arrived, and fun simply cannot wait. Eventually, someone gives in, tosses the toy, and just like that, Stella's day is off to a perfect start. We may not appreciate the early wake-up call...
But it's hard to stay grumpy when you're greeted by that much happiness before breakfast.
