Abbi's Day Off
This is a subtitle for your new post

Every now and then… Abbi gets a day off.
No tub.
No shampoo.
No one asking her to stand still for more than two seconds.
Just a full day of doing whatever pops into that wonderfully chaotic brain of hers.
And let me tell you… Abbi wastes none of it. from the moment the day starts, she’s already moving. Little bursts of energy, random zooms across the room, checking on everything like she’s got important business to attend to (she doesn’t—but don’t tell her that). One minute she’s investigating a corner like she just uncovered a mystery…
Next minute she’s flopped over on her side, completely out, like she just worked a double shift. It’s a cycle. A beautiful, confusing cycle.
Zoom.
Flop.
Repeat.
Now, without the looming threat of bath day, you get a different version of Abbi. Still goofy, still full of personality—but a little more relaxed. A little more herself. She’ll find that perfect spot in the house—sunlight hitting just right—and settle in like she planned it all along. Eyes half-closed, soaking it in, looking like a dog who has absolutely nothing to worry about.
And honestly? She doesn’t. Of course, the peace never lasts forever. Something will catch her attention—a sound, a shadow, a random thought—and she’s right back up like:
“Alright, break’s over, let’s see what trouble we can get into.”
But that’s Abbi.
Even on her day off, there’s just enough chaos to keep things interesting… and just enough calm to remind you she’s still the same sweet pup underneath it all. By the end of it, she’s recharged, happy, and probably convinced she deserves another day off tomorrow.
(Respectfully… denied.)
